Pickleball League Details:

• Start date: 27th and 28th of May 2025
• End date: 8th and 9th of July 2025
• Time: 6:00-8:00 pm
• Registration Deadline: May 24th
• Location: TRIO Pickleball Courts
• Entry Fee: $75 per person
• Prizes:
  • 1st: $240 in Cash for both players

  • Tuesday League: Coed Competitive

Format

• Teams remain fixed
  • Substitutions are allowed
    • Cannot be on another team
    • No rescheduling
  • Each team will play the other teams once during the 7 weeks of play
  • Match Format: Best of three games to 11
  • Standing determined by total wins
  • Ties can be solved by game scores

Scoring

• All scores must be announced before serve
• Final best-of-three scores must be reported before leaving the building

Golf Simulator League:

League Size:

• 12 teams (expandable based on demand)

League Type:

• 2-person teams, Stroke Play Format

Duration:

• 6 weeks of regular play + 2 weeks of playoffs

Cost:

• $150 per person

Equipment: Simulators, balls, and tees provided. Players may bring their own clubs or rent for $10/session.

 

Open Play Schedule:

• Teams may play their designated course anytime Monday–Saturday during regular business hours.
• All rounds must be completed by closing time on Saturday each week.

 

Format and Gameplay:

Round Length:

• Each match is 9 holes, approximately 1.5 hours.

Gameplay:

• Teams are assigned a specific virtual course each week and compete at their convenience.

Scoring:

• Stroke play; individual and team scores recorded.

Weekly rankings based on the lowest combined team score.

Auto concede: 10 over par 

 

Rules:

Check-In: Teams must check in with staff before starting their round.

Score Reporting: App records everything 

Missed Matches: Teams failing to complete their round by Sunday forfeit the week.

Substitutions: Teams may use pre-approved subs if a member is unavailable for the week.

Tiebreakers: For ties, results will be determined by combined scores over previous weeks.

 

Playoff Structure:

 

The top 4 teams after regular season play advance to a single-elimination playoff.

Playoffs will consist of 18-hole matches, scheduled directly with participants.

 

Prizes:

 

    •    1st Place: $300 cash per team member

    •    2nd Place: $200 TRIO Gift Card per team member

    •    3rd Place: $150 TRIO Gift Card per team member
